Parr Park is a favorite with the Grapevine community for its playground, sprayground, and beautiful pavilions for rent. It’s also popular because of the trail running through the park, a wonderful way to enjoy nature while getting a great workout. On the trail, you’ll encounter a few small hills, but if you get out of breath there are shaded benches to stop and rest on along the way. Quarter-mile markers let you know how much you’ve accomplished (or for how many miles your kids have been chasing squirrels down the trails). Enjoy miles of huge trees and breath in the fresh air–it’s good for body and soul alike.
