To enhance the quality of life of the citizens of Grapevine, through the stewardship of our natural resources and the responsive provision of quality leisure opportunities.

Our Vision:

To make our community a happier place to live and play through diverse programs, organized sports for youth and adults, dance, special events, health and fitness, outdoor recreation, volunteering and more. The Department aims to empower citizens to learn, discover, and live life to the fullest and build a stronger community together. The overarching goal is that everyone have easy access to park and recreation opportunities in a sustainable community.

The Grapevine Parks & Recreation Department is proud to continue our Parks Partnership Program, designed to align your message with over 750,000 people annually and help us expand the communication of our vision and goals to the community and visitors. We offer various partnership and sponsorship opportunities with extreme exposure for your company/organization through our special events, athletic events, holiday events, our Go Grapevine Magazine, and more. Advertise in Go Grapevine Magazine!

Go Grapevine Magazine is hand delivered to every household in Grapevine, Texas at no cost to the residents. This distribution allows us to serve all 53,000 residents (approximately 25,000 households). Additionally, our digital flip book is interactive, allowing easy, one-click registration access to all to programs, events, and services. Our digital flip book has an average of 5,500 impressions, 4,500 reads, and 500+ click throughs.
