Roy Robertson

Favorite Volunteer Opportunity: “Anything that allows me to meet people and talk about Grapevine’s Parks and Recreation Department.”

Roy has been Grapevine resident since 1985. Roy helped to design, develop and construct the off-road trail system at Horseshoe Trails in 1990. Roy would like to thank Travis Smith for the continual maintenance he provides for that trail system. Roy’s tenure on the board has allowed him the to meet so many great employees. Seeing the personal and professional growth of the employees gives special meaning to his time on the board. In Roy’s other life he supports his wife Karen’s triathlon racing. Karen has been a national champion and a silver medalist in various Xterra events. Roy and Karen have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Ray Harris

Favorite Volunteer Opportunity: Adopt an Area (Lake Grapevine shoreline)

Bachelor’s degree from University of Central Missouri and Masters degree from Maryville University (St. Louis). Grew up in St.Louis (Go Cardinals) and moved to Grapevine in 1989 due to a job transfer with IBM. Joined the “Adopt an Area” program in 2006 watching over a half mile section of shoreline on Grapevine Lake. We love Grapevine and try to give back and make the city even better.

Joe Luccioni

Joe is a transplanted New Yorker from the Bronx.  Joe and his family have lived in Grapevine since 1993.  Joe is a Chartered member of the Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers Club.  The three Luccioni children graduated from Grapevine High School.  Joe has served 10 years as the Director of the Grapevine Police Department VIPS program.

Dana Gibson

Dana has lived in Grapevine for 21 years and is currently the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites DFW. She has served the community as a volunteer t-ball commissioner/coach, was voted valedictorian of her Leadership Grapevine class and actively volunteers with the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. Dana is married with two sons, Travis & Tanner. On the weekends, you can find Dana running the trails of Grapevine with her dog, Cooper.

 

Terry Musar

Terry is an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast that loves the small town charm with big city amenities that Grapevine offers. Terry is an owner of Mad Duck Cyclery, a small boutique bicycle shop in Grapevine. When not cycling, Terry loves spending time sailing on Grapevine Lake or just hanging out with her family (two and four legged).

Mark and his family have been residents of Grapevine since 2001.  Mark has an Undergraduate Degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  He has worked for his family owned engineering and surveying business for over 24 years.  He has coached various youth sports, including football and soccer teams, in Grapevine for the last 10 years.

Morgan grew up in southern California and moved to Texas by way of Boston.  She has lived in Grapevine for four years and the community has become her home. She has her bachelor’s degree in International Business from Pepperdine University and Master’s in Finance from Harvard. Morgan is a financial advisor with Nichols Financial Group and has been in the financial services industry for over a decade. Morgan is also a member of the Grapevine Rotary Club and Grapevine Chamber of Commerce AMPT Young Professionals. She enjoys getting outdoors with her husband Brian and dog Bailey. Morgan cares about our citizens feeling safe and wanting to give back tot he community and actively use its programs.

Lavon Light

Lavon has been a Grapevine Resident for 25 years and he and his family have been involved in various activities that Grapevine Parks and Recreation has offered. Lavon has remain involved in activities from coaching youth sports including baseball, basketball, volleyball and soccer to volunteering for Keep Grapevine Beautiful, Grapeyard/Halloween Bash at the Boo-tanical Gardens and Mother/Son Dance. Lavon enjoys riding his mountain bike, off roading on his ATV/ UTV ‘s and recently started up playing Pickle Ball.

Lina-Grace has been a resident of Grapevine since 2002. LG is a Junior at Grapevine High School and participates on the Varsity Tennis team, Varsity Lacrosse Team, Junior Class Council as Historian, Photo Journalism Team, and Interact Club. She also serves as an officer in the Colleyville chapter of National Charity League (NCL) and spends hours volunteering in the community. She also participates in Young Life and is active in her church.
