A large multi-purpose room located in the Vine Arts & Events Center, Vintage Hall is the perfect venue for a wide range of events such as meetings, birthday parties, wedding receptions, and live performances for your small production needs. Vintage Hall can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Beautiful Kitchen Space with State-of-the-Art Features
The stunning kitchen boasts a spacious, oversized island—perfect for showcasing your food and drinks to impress your guests. Please note, use of the kitchen equipment requires a licensed operator and incurs an additional fee of $25 per hour.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is permitted during after-hours rentals only, and it must be served by a pre-approved contract vendor. A TABC-certified bartender and an off-duty Grapevine police officer are required to ensure compliance and safety.
Included with your Vintage Hall rental, the peaceful and cozy outdoor patio is reserved exclusively for your guests. It features cocktail-style tables and chairs, creating a perfect setting for intimate gatherings.
Booking Requirements
Events are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, with a minimum of 14 days’ notice and a three-hour rental. Be sure to account for all setup and cleanup time in your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Amenities: 85-inch flat-panel TV, 12 five-foot round tables, 15 six-foot rectangular tables, 100 chairs, dishwasher, sink, two 36-inch induction cooktops, double oven, double microwave, refrigerator, freezer, warmer, and an open patio with six bistro tables and 24 chairs, along with a couch.
Fees:
Regular hours: $175 Resident / $225 Non-resident / Hourly
After-hours (after 4:00 pm): $225 Resident / $275 Non-resident / Hourly
Any rental after 4:00 pm is considered an after-hours rental. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all after-hours rentals.
