VINTAGE HALL

Vintage Hall is the perfect venue for a wide range of events such as meetings, birthday parties, wedding receptions and live performances for your small production needs. This rental space includes twelve 5-foot round tables, sixteen 6-foot rectangular tables, enough to seat up to 100 people max throughout the space. The beautiful training kitchen is incorporated with all rentals, and is designed for collaborative culinary cooking experiences. Enjoy a peaceful outdoor patio that is included in your rental and private for your guests only.

(During regular hours 8:00 am – 4:00 pm)
Residents – $210 per hour
Non-residents – $260 per hour

(During after-hours 4:00 pm – midnight)
Residents – $260 per hour
Non-residents – $310 per hour

VINTAGE ROOM

The newly renovated Vintage Room is the perfect space for meetings, workshops and small groups that can accommodate up to 36 attendees. Actual capacity varies based on arrangement of tables and chairs. This room comes equipped with audio/visual system, 55-inch flat panel television as well as a sink and large buffet bar for serving food and drinks. There is a minimum of a two-hour rental. All set-up and clean-up times must be included in rental.

Resident: $75 per hour / Non-resident: $125 per hour

CENTER STAGE STUDIO

This versatile room inside the newly renovated Vine Arts and Events Center is the perfect space for dance classes, workout classes, meetings, workshops and small groups that can accommodate up to 36 attendees. Actual capacity varies based on if tables and chairs are needed for this space. The room is equipped with a wall of mirrors for your choreography or visual needs. There is a minimum of a two-hour rental. All set-up and clean-up times must be included in rental.
