Luke Wolfard has been working for the City of Grapevine since 2014. He started with the Convention & Visitors Bureau as a Festival & Event Operations Manager and then transferred to the Parks Department as the Parks Contract Foreman. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. Luke enjoys working for municipal government and having a part in maintaining the quality of Grapevine and its parks and trails system for citizens and visitors to enjoy.

Luke grew up in The Colony, Texas, not too far from Grapevine. Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and son and all things outdoors, including golf, camping, hunting, and fishing.
