Kathy manages the design and construction of capital improvement projects for the Parks and Recreation Department in addition to overseeing Volunteer Services and serving as Executive Director for Keep Grapevine Beautiful. Kathy graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and earned a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Arizona. She is a licensed Landscape Architect and a Certified Planner with over 12 years of experience in both private and public sectors in park and recreation planning and design. Kathy and her husband, U.S. Air Force Colonel (retired), have two children and recently returned back home to Texas treasuring every moment spent with family.
