About the REC Turf Field in Grapevine, TX

The REC turf field is designated for recreational use only and is not available for recurring rentals or “organized” play.  Any of the following criteria meet the definition of organized play.  Violations of any of the items below may result in removal from the field, whether a reservation or during open play:

• Having a clear distinction between teams, such as jerseys, color coordination, etc.
• Providing pop up nets or other equipment to play an organized game.
• Having a referee present.
• Equipment that is being used for private instruction.
• Using the entire field under any circumstance outside of the designated “open-play” time.

Field Information:

• The field is silicone base and turf. It includes an energy-efficient lighting system that provides bright, glare-free illumination.
• League play, games, and scrimmages are not permitted, whether as part of a rental or recreational use.

Rental Rules:

Fee (hourly): $65 members / $75 non-members

• Reservations are limited to half-field rentals only.
• Maximum of one rental per patron/organization per month, with a two-hour limit per rental.
• Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• Payment in full at the time of the reservation is required.
• Cancellations: Rentals must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or credit to use for a future date. In the event of bad weather, we can apply the credit to a future date.
