Stewart Hall: A Versatile Venue for Large and Small Gatherings

Overlooking The REC courtyard, Stewart Hall offers a large multi-purpose space ideal for events such as meetings, birthday parties, wedding receptions, and more. The venue comfortably accommodates up to 160 guests and includes six-foot round banquet tables, with seating for eight at each. Rectangle tables are available upon request. For smaller events of 80 guests or fewer, Stewart Hall can be divided into two smaller banquet rooms during standard business hours.

Booking and Rental Requirements

• Minimum rental: 3 hours (setup and cleanup time must be included)
• Cancellations: At least 14 days in advance for a full refund
• All reservations must be booked a minimum of 21 days before the event
• Kitchen access is limited to licensed caterers only, with an additional fee of $25 per hour.

Audio/Visual Capabilities

The room is equipped with an advanced audio/visual system, featuring a rear-projection system to enhance your event’s presentations or entertainment.

• A/V Fees:
  • Wireless microphone, $20
  • Rear projector system, $25

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is permitted during after-hours rentals only, and it must be served by a pre-approved contract vendor. A TABC-certified bartender and an off-duty Grapevine police officer are required to ensure compliance and safety.

Fee:

• Stewart Hall A or B: $105 Member / $130 Non-member / Hourly
• Entire Stewart Hall: $210 Member / $260 Non-member / Hourly
• After Hours: $260 Member / $310 Non-member / Hourly   (After-hours rentals are on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays after 7:00 pm. These rentals are for the entire hall only and require a $200 refundable security deposit paid with the rental fees.)

REC COURTYARD

Scenic Courtyard with Native Landscaping

Beautifully landscaped with a variety of native trees and plants, the courtyard provides a serene outdoor setting. Guests can enjoy the covered seating area, making it perfect for mingling or relaxation. This space is available as part of a Stewart Hall rental or can be reserved as a separate venue for your event.
