- Month of June: Early Bird pricing for spring registration
- Month of July: Regular pricing for spring registration
- Month of August: Registration begins to close as teams and divisions fill up

- June 1: Early Spring Registration Opens
- July 22: Premier Coach Look, 6:00-8:00pm
- July 29: Rec Coach Look, 6:00-9:00pm
- July 31: GBS Coaches Meeting, 7:00-8:00pm at the REC of Grapevine
- August 11: Practices begin
- August 20: GBS Softball Free Clinic
- September 6: Opening Day
- October 25: Softball EOS Tournament
- October 23-27: Baseball EOS Tournament
- November 1-1: Baseball Santa Cops
- November 8-9: Softball Santa Cops
