GBS League Information Calendar:

Important Registration Dates

• Month of December: Spring EARLY Registration opens (save $10)
• Month of January: Regular pricing for Spring registration
• Month of February: Late registration fees apply ($25 late fee) and teams and divisions begin to fill up

• February 7: Premier Coach Look
• February 14: Rec Coach Look
• February 20: Save 20% at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Euless
• February 21: Coaches Meeting at The REC of Grapevine 9AM-12PM (Coaches Only)
• Februar 27: T-Ball Fun Night!
• March 28: Spring 2026 OPENING DAY!
• May 18-20: NCCAA College Softball World Series
• May 29-31: GBS Baseball All Star Tournament at Oak Grove
• June 5-7: GBS Softball All Star Tournament at Oak Grove

Spring Registration cost:
Prior to February 1 pricing. Starting February 1, a late registration fee of $25 is applied to all signups.
$10 discount for the month of December. 

Spring Baseball Aging Date: Players’ age as of April 30, 2026 (baseball players tend to move up a division in the Fall)
Spring Softball Aging Date: Players’ age as of December 31, 2025 (softball players tend to move up a division in the Spring)
