Club All-Access Special Olympics

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.

It’s official we have some major winners in Club All Access!!  They participated in the GCISD Mustang Panther Relay Meet Here’s a list of our big winners

Joonas- 3rd in 400 meter run & 3rd in Javelin & 2nd in relay

Jayelee- 1st in 25 meter walk & 2nd in softball throw

Sheila – 2nd in 25 meter walk & 3rd in softball throw

Elizabeth – 2nd in Javelin & 2nd in 100 meter dash & 2nd in relay

Kailey- 1st in Javelin & 2nd in 50 meter dash

Marshall – 3rd in 100 meter dash, 4th in Javelin, & 2nd in relay

Kateri – 1st in 50 meter dash, 2nd in Javelin, and 2nd in relay
