The REC of Grapevine is the crown jewel of the Grapevine Parks and Recreation Department, and it’s not hard to see why. The facility includes more than 7,000 square feet of fitness rooms, which include weight machines, treadmills, stair climbers, bikes, elliptical machines, dumbbells, and regulation-size basketball and racquetball courts.

The REC also offers Personal Training, a wide variety of group exercise classes, and classes and programs for preschool through senior adults.

Don’t worry – we also got the kiddos covered. We have an indoor playground that is open to the public, 10 family changing rooms, and an on-site child watch available during select operating hours.

The REC Aquatic Center offers 4 lap lanes, a current channel, floatable, hot tub, dry sauna, 2 tower slides, and 2 basketball goals. We also have a state-of-the-art play structure for the little ones. The features of this facility are open to members of The REC of Grapevine.

Our full-court gym is the perfect place for members to take full advantage of our open-play basketball and pickleball programs.

The REC of Grapevine offers incredibly affordable annual passes for individuals and families to meet your needs for fun and fitness. Resident and non-resident memberships are determined based on one’s property taxes. If one’s property taxes are paid to the City of Grapevine, you are eligible for resident membership.

Finally, we have all the camps you need during those time the kids are off, may it be winter, spring, summer or fall. We have what you need!
