Randy has dedicated nearly 30 years of his professional career to enhancing the well-being of communities through Parks & Recreation services. Randy joined Grapevine in 2001, following years of service to Garland with a proven performance record. Randy has influenced the growth and development of various Grapevine programs and facilities including rec centers, pools, special events and the restoration and enhancement of the Grapevine Lake Park system. A perpetual optimist and visionary, Randy continues to strive towards what “could be” always giving 100%. Never resting on the laurels of past awards & successes makes it easy to see why he has served the city in the variety of roles throughout the years. Randy values family as a husband and father of two children.
