Please note all reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If the Pavilion is not reserved then they will be available on a first come first serve basis. We apologize for the inconvenience but this requirement is to accommodate our parks maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness.

Inside Meadowmere Park on the southside of Grapevine Lake stands the Meadowmere Park Pavilion.  This pavilion is the perfect lakeside location for your next mid-sized party or corporate gathering.  The pavilion is equipped with picnic tables to accommodate up to 50 guests and is conveniently located next to a ropes-inspired playground, restroom facility, designated swim beach, and courtesy dock. The Meadowmere Park Pavilion is a perfect fit for almost any special occasion with the great lake location, available electricity and water, large grill, and ample parking.

Rental Provisions:

• $325/day Grapevine Residents (this includes parking for all guests)
• $375/day non-residents (this includes parking for all guests)

Reservation of the pavilion includes entry for the first 25 cars.

Please Note the Following:

• All paid reservations canceled prior to 14 days from the date of event will have a $25 cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 14 days of the rental will have a $100 cancellation fee.  This is a cancellation for any reason, including the weather. Rain checks accepted.
• The park closes at 8 pm and all renters must be out of the park at that time.
