About Casey’s Clubhouse Playground in Grapevine, TX

Your entire family will enjoy the freedom to let the kids run free while you prepare the snacks. The rental pavilions are next to the full accessible Casey’s Clubhouse Playground and offer an imaginative playground of your child’s dreams (and a perfect spot for their next birthday party). Situated in Dove Park with close proximity to the Dove Spray Grounds and Dove Waterpark. (Please see overhead picture below to show you the proximity of cabanas.)

Each cabana includes:  two picnic tables with seating for approximately 20 guests and access to electricity.  No Grills available.

Park amenities: playground, tennis courts, Pickleball courts, restrooms, drinking fountain, basketball courts, and so much more!

Bounce Houses not permitted at Casey’s Clubhouse.

Reserving Casey’s Clubhouse Playground

All reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If the Pavilion is not reserved, they will be available on a first come first serve basis. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this requirement is to accommodate our parks maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness.

Please Note the Following:

• Rentals exceeding 40 people or needing exceptions to rules and policies will require advanced approval and/or a Special Event Permit.
• Pavilion must be left in good condition, or an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
  No alcohol allowed for private events.

Rental Provisions:

• $45/ 3 hours Grapevine residents
• $60/ 3 hours non-residents
• $90 / 3 hours for both cabanas for Grapevine residents
• $120 / 3 hour for both cabanas for non-residents

Only set time slots available at 8-11am; 12-3pm; and 4-7pm. No additional hours allowed but you can reserve more than one time slot.

You have the option to reserve either two tables accommodating 20 people or 4 tables accommodating 40 people. You can NOT reserve the entire pavilion
