- Month of July: Regular pricing for Fall registration
- Month of August: Registration begins to close as teams and divisions fill up

- March 28: Opening Day
- May 9-15: GBS Baseball End of Season (games vary by age group)
- May 16: GBS Softball End of Season
- May 18-20: NCCAA Women’s College World Series – GBS players receive free entry with jersey!
- May 29-31: GBS Baseball All Stars Tournament
- June 5-7: GBS Softball All Stars Tournament
