Q: What is going to happen to my REC membership?

A: All memberships for The REC will be extended to reflect the length of the closure.


Q: Is my REC membership getting prorated?

A: All memberships for The REC will be extended to reflect the length of the closure. All subscription-based memberships have been suspended and the month of April will be credited to their accounts.


Q: How does this affect my monthly fitness classes at The REC that I have already paid for?

A: All paid fitness classes that were intended to occur during The REC’s closure will be credited to the household account.


Q: I have a reservation coming up, is it canceled? If so, will I receive a refund?

A: You will receive a credit and/or refund for canceled reservations. For cancelling reservations, please call 817.410.3455.


Q: When will The REC open back up?

A: The REC of Grapevine will be closed until further notice. We are following the advice from the Tarrant County Health Department and will reopen based on their recommendations for our patrons’ safety.


Q: Is Jurassic Gardens canceled?

A: Yes, Jurassic Gardens has been canceled and all of those who have purchased tickets will be refunded.


Q: Is the Baseball & Softball seasoned canceled all together?

A: The season (games, practices, and scrimmages) have been postponed and a date has not yet been determined. All registered participants will receive more information once it becomes available.


Q: Are the adult leagues canceled?

A: All adult leagues have been canceled at this time until further notice.


Q: Is the soccer season still happening?

A: Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Association announced that all soccer activities (games, practices and Monday Night Skills) are suspended until at least March 30.


Q: Can my players still practice at the Driven Elite cages?

A: No, this facility has been closed until further notice.


Q: Is the Bark Park open? 

A: The Bark Park paddocks are closed until further notice.


Q: Is the Botanical Gardens open?

A: At this time, parks remain open. We advise everyone to practice social distancing while on trails and open spaces. See the Joint Statement on Using Parks and Open Spaces While Maintaining Social Distancing


Q: Why are your water fountains turned off?

A: The park water fountains are closed and will remain off until further notice to help diminish the spread of any germs during this time.
