Q: Is a mask required at The REC of Grapevine? A: Yes, all employees and visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering at all times.
Q: How does this impact the pools?
A: As long as social distancing is maintained, masks are not required while in the pool.
Q: Do I need to wear a mask when I am working out or in a fitness class?
A: Yes, per the Governor’s recent Executive order. The exception is if a person is exercising outdoors or engaging in physical activity outdoors, and maintaining a safe distance from other people not in the same household.
Q: Is a mask required at parks?
A: No, if a person is engaging in physical activity outdoors, wearing a mask is optional. However, the CDC recommends wearing a mask or face covering when leaving your home.
Q: What happens if I am not wearing a mask in an establishment where I should be?
A: Patrons who do not wear a face covering will be asked to leave the premises and will not be provided goods or services until the face covering requirements are followed.
Q: Do I have to wear a face covering at The REC of Grapevine if I have a medical condition that prevents it?
A: The REC of Grapevine wants to keep all patrons safe. At this time, all patrons are required to wear a face covering inside the facility at all times. Q: Are patrons still required to practice social distancing?
A: Yes, social distancing is key in keeping you and your family safe! Patrons should maintain six (6) feet of separation from other individuals outside their household, to the extent feasible when inside the business premises.
Q: Do I have to wear a mask if I am social distancing?
A: If you are a visitor to an establishment/business, then yes, per the Governor Abbott’s Executive Order, you are required to wear a mask or face covering. Wearing a mask helps protect you and others.
