Ray Harris, Chairperson
Bachelor’s degree from University of Central Missouri and Masters degree from Maryville University (St. Louis). Grew up in St.Louis (Go Cardinals) and moved to Grapevine in 1989 due to a job transfer with IBM. Joined the “Adopt an Area” program in 2006 watching over a half mile section of shoreline on Grapevine Lake. We love Grapevine and try to give back and make the city even better.
Resident and local business owner for over 10 years in Grapevine. Proud husband and father of two boys who attend Silver Lake Elementary. Happy to have the opportunity to serve and give back to this great community that has taken such good care of us.

Dave and his wife have called Grapevine home since 2001, where they are raising their daughter. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Dave enjoys cycling, gardening and water sports. You can see Dave’s commitment to the upkeep of our city in his continued participation in the KGVB’s Adopt-a-Road program along with his KGVB Board membership, 2009 – 2015. Dave is committed to learning and regularly attends the state and regional conferences. Dave advocates for parks, safe cycling, and environmental responsibility. Dave is a Certified Financial Planner® with his office in Grapevine. Dave is a member of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, Grapevine AMBUCS and Grapevine First United Methodist Church.
Debra Tridico has been a Grapevine resident for over 30 years, and has served as a Parks and Recreation Advisory Board members since 2003. She and her family were the driving force behind the creation of Casey’s Clubhouse at Dove Park, the city’s accessibly playground named for her daughter Casey, who died in 1995.
Married to Pat since 1966 and have lived in Grapevine since 1986 and we have one son and two granddaughters. I am a Graduate of University of Oklahoma and a retired pilot for Delta Air Lines. Now an avid pickleball player and am the USA Pickleball Association Ambassador for Grapevine.
Joe Luccioni, Grapevine Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Member – Place 3
Joe is a transplanted New Yorker from the Bronx. Joe and his family have lived in Grapevine since 1993. Joe is a Chartered member of the Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers Club. The three Luccioni children graduated from Grapevine High School. Joe has served 10 years as the Director of the Grapevine Police Department VIPS program.

Mark and his family have been residents of Grapevine since 2001. Mark has an Undergraduate Degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He has worked for his family owned engineering and surveying business for over 24 years. He has coached various youth sports, including football and soccer teams, in Grapevine for the last 10 years.

Favorite Volunteer Opportunity: “Anything that allows me to meet people and talk about Grapevine’s Parks and Recreation Department.”
Roy has been Grapevine resident since 1985. Roy helped to design, develop and construct the off-road trail system at Horseshoe Trails in 1990. Roy would like to thank Travis Smith for the continual maintenance he provides for that trail system. Roy’s tenure on the board has allowed him the to meet so many great employees. Seeing the personal and professional growth of the employees gives special meaning to his time on the board. In Roy’s other life he supports his wife Karen’s triathlon racing. Karen has been a national champion and a silver medalist in various Xterra events. Roy and Karen have two daughters and four grandchildren.
Terry is an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast that loves the small town charm with big city amenities that Grapevine offers. Terry is an owner of Mad Duck Cyclery, a small boutique bicycle shop in Grapevine. When not cycling, Terry loves spending time sailing on Grapevine Lake or just hanging out with her family (two and four legged).

Favorite Volunteer Opportunity: Coaching youth basketball
Jorge Rodríguez and his family have been residents of Grapevine since 1995. Rodríguez has been on the GCISD School Board since 2008 and was the Board President in 2012 and 2013. Rodríguez has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a master in business administration from the University of Dallas. He has worked in the telecommunications, automotive and defense industries for over 15 years. Rodríguez has coached youth soccer and basketball teams in Grapevine for the last 10 years.
